1. What currency is used online?

All products are listed in AUD.

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit card, Credit Card and Paypal.

 

3. How long to receive the product once purchased online?

Orders will be processed within 24 hours after purchase confirmation during weekdays and weekend purchases will be processed within 24 hours of the following business day. Orders will be delivered between 1-2 working days after you receive your tracking number at dispatch (this can be subject to delivery schedules from Australia Post).

 

4. How do I get to hear about up and coming sales and promotions?

Sign up or Subscribe as D-Tribe’s member to receive special offers and notifications. You will also see our regular updates on Instagram and Facebook.

 

5. What if my order presents a risk of fraud?

Any order that presents a risk of fraud may be subject to a held order until identity is verified. To verify a payment’s authenticity, we will ask for proof of identity. This ensures that we minimise credit card fraud and fraudulent activity on our E-Boutique. If you have any concerns or questions with this procedure, please email to us (info@dtribe.com.au) before making your purchase.

These are the requirements for providing identity when requested:

  • 2 copies of photo ID for the cardholder (e.g. driver license, passport)
  • A copy of a recent card statement for the credit card being used, showing the banks name, cardholders name and address, and the last 4 digits for this credit card; if you only receive your statement on-line, we can accept a screen-shot of a page showing the necessary information listed above.

Note: Once you send through any personal information to verify your payment, all information will be deleted for security purposes.

 

6. How do I cancel my order?

We can’t cancel an order once it has been placed, however our normal returns policy will still apply to the items ordered.

 

7. I am unsure of what size to purchase, can you please advise?

Please refer to our Size Guide on the website or email us info@dtribe.com.au if you need further assistance.

 

8. Where can I get more information for the Bespoke and Customisation services provided by D-Tribe?
